The VIVO Dry H horizontal dehydrator is the best in our range of dehydrators and is built with quality materials, plastic and BPA-free steel. It has been designed to ensure maximum uniformity and speed of drying . There are 8 trays, made of SUS 304 steel, plus two non-stick trays for drying jellies, semi-solid foods or very small foods.

What are the advantages of a horizontal dryer over a vertical one?

How does a dryer work?
The operation of the dryer is very simple:
A heating element generates heat according to the programmed temperature, which can vary from 30°C to 75°C. This heat is distributed by a fan that generates a constant flow of air through the various perforated trays.
Unlike natural drying by the sun's rays, this gentle air flow allows for faster drying and, above all, is not affected by air humidity. In addition, solar rays alter some of the properties of foods, such as vitamins and aromas that are sensitive to light.
