Right of Withdrawal

According to Legislative Decree of May 22, 1999, no. 185, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the receipt of goods, without providing any reason.

How to Communicate Withdrawal

The withdrawal must be communicated within the 14-day period by one of the following methods:

• Registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to: Classe s.r.l. Via G. di Vittorio 74 Empoli 50053 (Florence).
• PEC to: pec.classeitaly@messaggipec.it
• Fax to 0571-944038 or another

Return Conditions

• Notification within 14 days.
• Purchased goods must be intact, in their original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.
• Products must be new and unused.

Refund Methods

Classe s.r.l. will refund the full amount paid by the consumer within 30 days from receiving the returned goods at its headquarters.

• Credit card payment: The refund will be issued to the same card used for payment.
• Klarna, PayPal: Refunds will be processed through the same platform used for payment.
• Bank transfer: Customers must provide their bank details (IBAN, BIC, account holder’s name).
• Cash on delivery: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. COD fees are non-refundable.
• Other refund methods are evaluated case-by-case and may incur additional charges.

Return Terms

Withdrawal applies to the entire product; partial returns are not accepted. Products must be returned in their original packaging, intact and complete with all accessories.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Classe s.r.l. is not responsible for damages during transport.

Inspection and Acceptance

• Upon receipt, products will be inspected for damage or tampering unrelated to transport.
• If original packaging is damaged, a deduction of 20% may apply.

Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is excluded if:

a) Original packaging is missing.

b) Essential parts of the product are missing.

c) The product is damaged for reasons unrelated to transport.

d) The product has been used, as per Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

In such cases, Classe s.r.l. will hold the product for collection or resend it at the customer’s expense.
