This type of steel is produced in Japan by the Aichi Steel company and is a composite material.

The core is made of AUS 10 steel while both sides are made of SUS 430 steel with 33 layers per side which gives it strong resistance to corrosion.

Vacuum tempered steel.
Hardness of 60/62 HRC.

Convex Wedge Sharpening

This type of sharpening is the best in terms of cutting penetration and durability over time.

The final sharpening process is carried out manually in two phases:
Step 1: The curved, convex wedge is created using a 12K grit stone.
Phase 2: The shape is consolidated and a final finishing pass is carried out on the wire with a very fine grain.

To showcase this fine knife to the fullest, we chose an all-black package.

It can also be used to store the knife in the drawer by placing them side by side.
Equipped with microfibre cloth for cleaning.
