Description
Vegetable kitchen knife, forged, made of special tempered 1.4116 Molybdenum Vanadium steel, elegant and anatomical POM resin handle with stainless steel rivets. This knife of Japanese origin with a 17 cm blade is perfect for cutting vegetables but can also be used for small, medium and large meats or foods and for beating or other cuts such as a julienne.
The superior quality of the steel guarantees a precise and smooth cut and excellent durability of the sharpness. The blade also has slots to facilitate the removal of the cut food from the blade.
It is dishwasher safe and also suitable for intensive daily or professional use.
Usage:
Cutting vegetables, meat, fish and small to medium-sized foodstuffs in general.
