Kitchen boning knife, forged, made of special tempered 1.4116 Molybdenum Vanadium steel, elegant and anatomical POM resin handle with stainless steel rivets. The 13 cm tapered and pointed blade is specially designed to simplify boning or to remove the rind of sausages and meat in general.
The superior quality steel guarantees a precise, smooth cut and excellent durability of the sharpness.
It is dishwasher safe and also suitable for intensive daily or professional use.
