Chocolate, as we all know, is a hit, while avocado is a soft, tasty and vegan alternative to butter. It contains calcium, potassium, lots of fiber and a good amount of monounsaturated fats, the so-called "good fats", which help our body protect the heart and fight diabetes.
The ingredients of this Mousse are few and simple, and to make it you just need to combine them and turn on the VIVO Blender, which will do the rest.
Let's take a closer look at everything you need and the procedure.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 10g of bitter cocoa powder or 100g of dark or milk chocolate
- Half a banana
- 40g of sugar
- A few mint leaves and chocolate chips to garnish
Preparation
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and use a spoon to remove the pulp and put it in the blender.
- Peel the banana and put half of it in the blender, cutting it into slices.
- Also add the sugar to the blender
- If you use cocoa powder, you can put it directly into the blender, but if you have dark or milk chocolate, melt it in the microwave or in a bain-marie and then put it into the blender.
- Blend everything until you obtain a smooth and creamy mixture.
- Let the resulting mousse rest for about 15-25 minutes in the fridge.
- Serve in small cups or glasses and garnish with blueberries, chocolate chips and a mint leaf.
