How to Cook Chicken Wings in Air Fryer
- Place the chicken wings in a bowl and add: a little salt, ground pepper, fennel, herbs to taste and soy sauce. Massage everything and let it rest for at least an hour in the fridge.
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into cubes and cook them in a steamer for about 15 minutes, or until they are soft.
- Peel the red onions and cut them into julienne strips. Cook them in a saucepan with the sugar and red wine vinegar for about 30 minutes, covered and on a low flame, taking care to stir them from time to time.
- When the potatoes are ready, mash them while still hot with the help of a potato masher directly into a tall container and add half a glass of hot milk, a pinch of salt and curry to your liking. Use an immersion blender to obtain the cream.
- Once the chicken has marinated, proceed with an English breading: pass it in flour, in two previously beaten eggs and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Preheat the air fryer for at least 5 minutes at 190°, insert the chicken and use the appropriate program. When the chicken is golden brown it will be ready.
- All you have to do is plate it: arrange the curry potato cream on the plate, a generous portion of caramelized onions and the crispy chicken.
Enjoy your meal!
