Ingredients

  • 50% Pumpkin
  • 20% Carrot
  • 20% Apple
  • 10% Orange
  • 1 to 3cm Ginger root

Preparation

  1. Wash the ingredients well.
  2. Remove the peel from the pumpkin and the stalks from the apples.
  3. Peel the carrots (if they are not organic).
  4. Cut foods following the instructions in the manual.
  5. Insert everything into the VIVO Slow Juicer extractor, alternating the various ingredients.
  6. Keep the drip-proof cap closed to allow all the ingredients of the extract to mix well.
  7. Extract all the juice and serve fresh.
  8. Before serving you can add half a spoonful of linseed or hemp oil (optional)

Suggestions

Pumpkin and carrot are considered fibrous and tough foods respectively, so it is recommended to cut them into pieces of a maximum thickness of 1 cm and alternate the insertion into the extractor with the apple and orange.
